This project transforms a double upper flat with the addition of a new private entance extension and west-facing garden room. The work sympathetically introduces stone, timber and full-height glazed windows, that tie into the existing structure while clearly reading as new.

The new spaces bring in natural light and open the plan to the garden, creating a simple, continuous living space. Internally, the layout is cleverly rationalised to improve flow and usability.

The result is a beautifully-crafted home, defined by careful detailing, craftsmanship, and a strong relationship between house and landscape.
